    Tzatziki Sauce

I like any sauce with a name that I can’t easily pronounce. Because I'm guaranteed that I will eventually say it to someone else and they will have no idea what I'm talking about and suddenly I will look super smart.

And really my goal in life is to pretend to be smart.

Oh, and make delicious food of course!!

Also I like any sauce that is super easy and tastes delicious. Because when you add said tasty sauce to...well...anything- you suddenly have a special, tasty, fantastic little dish.

If you have a good sauce you have a good dish, and this tangy, acidic, creamy sauce is perfect, and hey it's good for you too. Guess I'm having seconds....

    RECIPE:

    12oz Plain Greek Yogurt

    2 garlic cloves, grated

    1Tbs Dill, chopped fine

    1tsp Kosher Salt

    ¾ cup Cucumber, shredded

    1 lemon, juice

    2Tbs Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine well. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
